Premier Books offers 3 ways to order!
Freight and Delivery charges are $5.00 including GST for each order. It does not matter how many products you purchase - the freight cost is still $5.00 - so the more you buy, the more you save!

Choosing Product
Our Home Page has a great selection of product for you to look at, but this is only the beginning. Click on Top Ten or What's New on the left hand side of any page to check out our special selections.
To see even more exciting product - use the search categories highlighted on the top of every page to display a listing of products by category. You can use the Category Search to list books and product by type eg. Kid Books, Cooking Books or Beyond Books. Check out all of the categories - we even have a category called Something Fun!
Use the Shopping for a Gift category to list gift choices for that special someone! For Him, For Her, For Kids and lots more. we have a gift category to help you find just the right something for anyone!
View Detail
Click view detail next to any book or product and full details of the product will be displayed.
Add to shopping bag
When you find something that you would like to buy - click on the add to shopping bag icon. Your selection will be added to your personal shopping bag.
View shopping bag
Each time you make a product selection to add to shopping bag - your personal shopping bag will be displayed for you to view.
You can remove anything from your shopping bag by clicking on the remove option to the left of the product description.
The quantity of any product can be changed, simply by deleting and overwriting the quantity shown.
You need to click on the update total option to confirm any changes that you have made.
Click on the keep shopping option at the top right hand corner of the Shopping Bag to continue shopping. You can still click on the View shopping bag option (at the very top right hand side of any screen) to return to your shopping bag at any time.
Checkout
You can checkout your shopping bag by clicking on the checkout option at the top right hand corner of the Shopping Bag. You can still click on the Go to checkout option (at the very top right hand side of any screen) to checkout your shopping bag at any time.
To continue the checkout process you need to provide us with contact, billing and delivery details so that we can process your order. Follow the instructions on the checkout screen.
Gift wrapping service
The checkout process will offer the option to giftwrap your order. You can choose No Giftwrap or you may select any one of the giftwrap options. You may also choose to include a card with a personalised message. The gift wrapping service costs $2.00 NZD.
Please make sure that you have entered the correct delivery address if you would like your gift to be delivered directly to the gift recipient.
We regret that only one gift wrap and delivery option is available for each order. If you order more than one product and you select a gift wrap option then all of the product in the order will be giftwrapped and sent to the delivery address entered on the checkout screen.
If you would like to send gifts to separate recipients - you will need to enter multiple orders i.e. you will need to go through the complete shopping bag and checkout process for each gift.
Freight and Delivery
There is a cost of $5.00 NZD for delivery. We aim to process and deliver your order within 4 working days. If you have supplied us with your email address we will send a confirmation advising that your order has been received and processed.

advising all of the details (including your order number) and we will respond to your query as quickly as possible.
Your order will be delivered by Courier Post. The courier will leave your order in the letter box or at the front door. If you are away from the delivery address during the day - we recommend that you enter your workplace details or another address in the delivery address.
Website orders cannot be delivered by your local Premier Distributor. Your Premier Distributor is only able to supply product from their current or previous display cycles.
Overseas orders
Premier Books has been designed especially for New Zealand. If you would like your order to be delivered overseas - we cannot process your order online. We recommend that you print your order and email full details of your order and the delivery address to

We will contact you with a quote for freight costs to the overseas delivery address.

Premier Books offers 3 ways to order
After you have entered contact, billing and delivery details you must select your method of ordering.
Online ordering means that you can enter your credit cards details online. Your credit card details will be processed using technology called SSL. This means that all of the information that you have entered during the checkout process and credit card payment process are encrypted (scrambled) to keep your information private. If your credit card details are accepted your order will be sent to Premier Books immediately as a fully paid order.
Fax ordering means that you print a special order form and fax the order form with your credit card details to Premier Books. The fax order form allows you to enter your credit cards details by hand on the printed form. We will process your credit card transaction manually. You must sign the order form or we will not process your order.
When you order by fax - the product has not been reserved for you because this is not an online order. We will do our very best to fill your order but it is possible that the product you have ordered has been sold out. In these circumstances we will supply you with the all of the product that is available and reduce the credit card charge accordingly. It is extremely helpful if you have supplied contact details (email or phone) so that we can contact you if necessary.
Mail ordering means that you print a special order form and the post the order form with your cheque to Premier Books. We reserve the right to clear cheques before filling orders - however we will advise you if an order is delayed due to cheque clearance.
When you order by mail - the product has not been reserved for you because this is not an online order. We will do our very best to fill your order but it is possible that the product you have ordered has been sold out. In these circumstances we will supply you with the all of the product that is available and send you a refund cheque for the difference. It is extremely helpful if you have supplied contact details (email or phone) so that we can contact you if necessary.
